Coverage & response
We cover KL central, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, KLCC, Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Cheras, and Kajang as standard. Outside that, we quote case by case. WhatsApp us your postcode to confirm.
Pricing, payment & quotes
RM 80–120 KL central, RM 150 outlying. Waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
Licensing, warranty & scope
Plumbers: SPAN-licensed on mains-side work. Electricians: chargeman-certified on DB-box work. Aircond technicians: refrigerant-handling trained. We can show licence numbers on request.
AMC (annual maintenance contracts)
Bronze (RM 800) is 2 AC services + 1 plumbing inspection + 1 electrical check per year. Silver (RM 1,800) adds quarterly AC, water heater service, dedicated technician, 6-hour emergency SLA. Gold (RM 3,200) adds 6 AC services, more inclusions, included labour hours, 2-hour SLA. Full comparison on the Residential AMC page.
