F&B and clinic monthly cadence is the practical minimum for hygiene compliance (DBKL inspections, BOMBA, MoH-equivalent standards for clinics). Termite treatment, fumigation, and infestation response quoted separately.

Scheduled servicing
Quarterly AC minimum (monthly on F&B kitchens), plumbing inspection twice a year, electrical safety check annually, exhaust/grease management on F&B per code.
2-hour emergency SLA
On covered work during your operating hours. We define operating hours in the contract — 24/7 if you need it, surcharge applies.
Single point of contact
One WhatsApp number, one account manager. No call-tree routing, no re-explaining the property each time.
Monthly digital report
Every visit logged with photos, parts replaced, items flagged, items deferred with your approval. PDF email + WhatsApp summary.
Labour discount on repairs
25% off our standard commercial labour rate on work outside AMC scope. Parts at cost + 15% (we show you supplier invoice).
Compliance support
Fire safety queries, BOMBA liaison, JMB coordination, DOSH-aware electrical work. We don't certify, but we coordinate with the parties who do.
What's not included
AC unit replacement, major plumbing re-runs, DB box upgrades, ducting installation, fitout work, fire alarm system installation, CCTV installation. Quoted separately at AMC-client rates (typically 10-15% below retail).
