Kitchen aircond fouls fast under high heat — monthly+ service interval. Dining cassette + ducted on regular cycle.

Sink line + grease line
Owned hydro jetter for de-fatting and declogging high-volume kitchen drains. Quarterly cycle benefits busy kitchens.

Kitchen circuit upgrades, equipment commissioning, hood interlock wiring.
Hot-line equipment
Combi ovens (Rational, Convotherm), fryers, salamanders, hot-line refrigeration interlocks.
Coordinated / subcontracted (managed by us)
You get one AMC contract; we coordinate the partners.
Grease trap pumping
Subcontracted to a vacuum-truck operator partner. Frequency typically every 1-3 months depending on FOG load. Included as F&B AMC line item with managed scheduling.
Kitchen hood + exhaust
Steam + degreasing chemical via subcontract partner. Quarterly for high-volume kitchens (BOMBA fire-safety compliance).
