Active leak

Locate and turn off the relevant isolation valve (under-sink for tap leaks; the main inlet for whole-property; the tank inlet for water heater leaks). Towel and contain the water. Move electronics out of the affected area.

Electrical sparking or burning smell

Turn off the affected circuit at the DB box (if you can do so safely) or kill the main switch. Don't touch anything wet. If there's fire risk, evacuate and call BOMBA (994).

Sewage backup

Stop using all water (every flush makes it worse). Contain the spread. Don't touch contaminated surfaces without gloves. Open windows for ventilation.

Gas smell

Turn off the cylinder valve. Don't switch any electrical on or off. Ventilate. Evacuate. Call us and TG/TNB if mains gas.

Pricing

Emergency labour rate is the same as our standard labour rate. The only premium is for out-of-hours timing (RM 50–150 depending on hour). We disclose any surcharge before dispatching, so you can decide.

For AMC clients, emergency response is included up to the SLA tier's defined coverage.
