What we install
Eight lighting categories, all on published rates.
Ceiling fans
RM 180–320 per fan (excluding fan supply). Includes existing point use; new point and dedicated control adds RM 150–250.
LED downlights
RM 80–150 per piece. Includes ceiling cutting (plasterboard), fit, wire, test. Concrete ceilings add RM 30–60 per cut. We use surface-mount instead of concealed where the ceiling can't take cuts.
Chandeliers
RM 350–800 per chandelier. Includes ceiling fixing rated to the weight, electrical termination, and commissioning. Heavy chandeliers may need ceiling reinforcement (additional RM 200–500).
Linear / track lighting
RM 250–600 per run depending on track length and fitting count.
Strip lighting (LED tape)
RM 200–500 per run including controller and transformer.
Smart lighting
We install smart-ready switches and fittings (Aqara, Tuya, Shelly, Philips Hue). We wire correctly; the app setup is yours.
Dimmer switches
RM 60–150 supplied + RM 50 labour. LED-compatible only (no buzz).
Pendants, wall sconces, exterior
Pendant lights, wall sconces, exterior lights — quoted per piece based on type and access.

Three notes on what actually works in KL homes.
Ceiling fans
For KL humidity, look at Acorn, Fanco, KDK, Panasonic. 56-inch is standard for bedrooms; living rooms can take 60–66 inch. DC motor fans use less power and run quieter but cost more upfront.
LED downlights
Colour temperature matters more than brand. 3,000K (warm white) for living areas, 4,000K (cool white) for kitchens and bathrooms, 6,000K (daylight) for workspaces. Mix temperatures at your peril.
Chandeliers
Weight is the constraint. Plasterboard ceilings without reinforcement can take ~5kg safely; anything heavier needs a noggin or beam fixing. We assess before installing.
