Wall split
Single-zone units, the standard for KL condos and landed homes. RM 350–550 per unit for standard install (within 3m of outdoor unit, existing electrical, no concealed piping).
Cassette / ceiling-mounted
RM 800–1,400 per unit. Requires ceiling access and electrical work; cleaner aesthetic for finished spaces.
Multi-split
One outdoor unit serving 2–5 indoor units. Pricing scales by indoor count and pipe complexity; quote on site visit.
Ducted
Central AC with ducting through ceiling void. Larger residential or commercial. Quote after site survey.

If you want a recommendation: for a 3-bedroom KL condo with 3 AC units, Daikin or Panasonic 1.5HP inverters give the best balance of cooling, energy, and long-term reliability. Mitsubishi Electric is premium-tier. Acson and Sharp are budget-tier and adequate if you keep on top of servicing.

OEM brackets sized to the unit weight. Refrigerant-grade copper pipe, not the cheap aluminium that fails in 2 years. Armaflex insulation. We don't cut corners on consumables.
Vacuum-down + pressure test
Every install is vacuum-down and pressure tested before commissioning. We confirm temperature differential meets spec across cooling, dehumidify, and fan modes.
No surprise extras
What's NOT in the standard price (concealed piping, extended copper, new DB circuit) is published upfront. The quote you accept is the price you pay.
1-year workmanship warranty
The install itself carries a 1-year workmanship warranty card. The AC unit keeps its manufacturer warranty — typically 1 year general, 5–10 years compressor.
