Pricing should be published
Most KL home services operators advertise "from RM 40" and quote something different on arrival. We publish actual price ranges, explain what drives high vs low, and quote in writing before we send a technician. If our numbers are higher than the bait pricing on a competitor's ad, that's because our numbers are real.
Licensing should be checkable
Plumbing work that touches SYABAS infrastructure or strata mains requires a licensed plumber. Electrical work above certain thresholds requires a chargeman. Most operators in this market send unlicensed handymen for both. We don't — and we'll show you our licence numbers if you ask.
Equipment matters
A plumber with only a manual auger can't clear a grease-heavy sewer line. We invested in a proper hydro jetter (Ridgid via Idemco), thermal imaging for concealed leak detection, and refrigerant recovery equipment that meets the Montreal Protocol R22 phase-out requirements. The right tools aren't optional — they're how the job actually gets done.
What we do
Aircond service, repair, installation, and chemical wash. Plumbing including leak repair, water heater work, drainage with hydro jetter for serious blockages, and licensed work on mains. Electrical including power points, lighting, ceiling fans, DB box diagnostics. General handyman within scope (we tell you when you need a different contractor).
We operate two AMC structures: Residential with Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers and Commercial priced by property type and equipment.

We don't do major structural renovation, fire alarm system installation, lift maintenance, or pool services. When you need those, we'll tell you which trade you actually need and (where we can) point you to operators we've worked with.
