Two warranty windows, both written into every invoice we issue. 1-year workmanship warranty on installations. 30-day labour warranty on repairs. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty separately. No fine print, no exclusions buried in footnotes.

The two warranty windows

1-year installation workmanship

Covers the installation work itself — the joints, brackets, cabling, mounting, refrigerant integrity — for 12 months from the completion date. If something we installed fails within 12 months, we return and fix at no charge.

Applies to: aircond installation, water heater install, DB box upgrade, EV charger install, lighting fixture install, plumbing fitting installation.

30-day repair labour

Covers the specific fault we repaired for 30 days. If the same fault recurs in that window, we return at no charge. New unrelated faults are a separate scope.

Applies to: aircond repair, plumbing leak repair, electrical fault tracing, drainage clearing, water heater repair, handyman repairs.

Parts warranty (manufacturer pass-through)

Parts carry the manufacturer's own warranty separately. We facilitate the claim on your behalf.

Manufacturer warranties may be voided by improper installation. Using a SPAN-licensed plumber or Chargeman certified electrician (which we are) keeps the manufacturer warranty intact.

What the warranty does NOT cover

  • closeSubsequent work by another contractor on the same equipment after we have left.
  • closeDamage from a different cause: water ingress unrelated to plumbing work, lightning surge, physical impact, vandalism.
  • closeFailure to follow recommended service intervals (e.g. aircond chemical wash skipped past 24 months on a warrantied install).
  • closeCosmetic wear and tear on visible surfaces.
  • closeActs of God: flooding, lightning, fire, structural collapse.
  • closeEquipment older than 12 years undergoing a repair (the underlying equipment is at end-of-life; we will tell you straight when this is the case).

How to make a warranty claim

  1. 1.
    WhatsApp +60 12-792 5700 with your original invoice number (on the invoice footer) and a photo or short description of what failed.
  2. 2.
    We respond within 4 business hours (operating hours 08:00-22:00 daily). For active leaks or electrical risk, emergency dispatch can be initiated on the same conversation.
  3. 3.
    Same technician (where possible) is scheduled for the re-visit. No paperwork from your side — our service record is on file with the original job notes and photos.
  4. 4.
    If the issue is in-warranty: no charge. If the issue is parts-only (manufacturer warranty): we coordinate the manufacturer claim and only charge labour at the AMC discount if you are a member, full rate if not.
  5. 5.
    If the issue is genuinely out-of-warranty (new unrelated fault, time elapsed, exclusion applies): we tell you honestly and quote the repair at standard rates before doing anything.

Warranty FAQs

Our workmanship on the installation for 12 months from the completion date. If the installation itself fails (joint leak, bracket failure, cabling fault that we made) within 12 months, we return and fix at no charge. Parts carry separate manufacturer warranty (see below).
