About our ISO 17025 lab partner
We coordinate annual data logger calibration through SIRIM Calibration Sdn Bhd (SIRIMCal), Malaysia's leading ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration laboratory, accredited by the Department of Standards Malaysia (DSM). SIRIMCal operates 5 strategic locations across Malaysia (Shah Alam, Permatang Pauh in Penang, Senai in Johor, Kuantan in Pahang, Kuching in Sarawak), so turnaround logistics work nationwide.
Your clinic does not own the calibrated reference equipment or accreditation, but you get the certificate. The workflow: we collect the logger during your scheduled AMC visit, ship it to the nearest SIRIMCal lab, receive the NIST/ILAC-traceable calibration certificate, and return the device. KKM audit documentation included.
For clinics that require expedited turnaround, we also work with Atlantic Services (Ipoh) which is SAC-SINGLAS accredited under the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) and recognised by DSM and SIRIM auditors as technically equivalent to local SAMM accreditation.
Positioning note: we do not claim ISO 17025 accreditation we do not hold. We claim coordination, which is a real value-add — you do not have to find an accredited lab, ship the device, and chase the certificate yourself.
